A planning meeting was held for our October 28, 2023 Festival, and we want to update you on our plans.
As in the past, there is NO CHARGE to be a vendor, and spaces will be allocated on a first come basis when the official registration is sent out this summer. There will be no Festival Raffles, but we are asking vendors to consider their own raffles or giveaways, or whatever promotions you feel will be of benefit to you.
Along with the Food Trucks, we will have an Octoberfest Tent for people to eat their food, along with entertainment; we feel this will keep people at the Festival for a longer period of time. Several inflatables will be in place for chldren to play on while their parents shop!!
Our goal is to have 2500 people at this event. If you have your own mailing list, website, or FACEBOOK page, please let your folks know this date so they can mark their calendars.
We will be sending our registration commitments out well in advance of the Festival, and we look forward to your continued involvement and support.
