The Spring Lake Community Center is over 40 years old and is the only public building available to rent for various activities. The Center received a facelift in 2025  and the improvements have been well received by residents. The facility can accommodate up to 70 people and costs $200 for Spring Lake Residents and a $200 refundable deposit.  Non-Residents may rent the center for a $400 fee and a $400 refundable deposit. Cancellations must be two weeks before your event, or you will forfeit your deposit.  You can reserve the center by calling the District Office, 655-1715.
