Due to rising postal costs, the District is transitioning into paperless billing. If you are an existing ACH Bankdraft customer, you will no longer receive a postcard in the mail. We will be E-MAILING pdf. copies of the monthly billing statements. We encourage you to go to our new customer portal to register your account. Go to and have your customer portal number and the phone number associated with the account available to register. The enhanced portal has many new features that will make managing your account easier than ever.
