While the Resort has postponed the completion of their third nine holes, owner Joel Schachter has contracted with the District to be part of the Lot Mowing program, and ensure that the areas affected do not get overgrown. There are many homes surrounding these areas, and we appreciate Joel's willingness to maintain these areas.

District equipment will be seen on the golf course mowing selected areas, and using the Motrim for several ponds and water bodies.

Again, the Resort is paying for these services thru the District lot mowing program, which is open to any landowner. There is no cost to our taxpayers.
