The District was required to update the software package we use for billing, and this is the first month the new bills have been mailed and made available on the portal if you use ACH or make payments online.

The new bill has a section that says pending late fee of $5 but that is not the case. Please scroll down to the bottom of the bill and you will see the actual amount that you owe, or what you paid via ACH or online payment. There are no late fees until after the due date, which has been a standard policy.

We regret this complicaton and over the next few billing cycles we hope to have everything in order. This has been a long and tedious transition for our staff, please have patience and feel free to contact the office at 863-655-1715 if there is something you don't understand.
